We stayed with 2 couples at Riad Jemaa El-Fna and from the moment we stepped in, the staff made this an unforgettable experience. Very welcoming and definitely super helpful. They truly made our vacation one to never forget.Special mention to Zakaria, who even brought an item we forgot to the airport. What. A. From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The staff could not have been kinder, more helpful or efficient. They went the extra mile with dietary requirements. The plunge pool in the entrance hall was particularly welcome for sore feet after a morning walking around the sights.It's central position was great, and despite the proximity to the main market square the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. Our hammam experience within the hotel was wonderful.Totally recommended

I cannot name all … but my special thanks go to Zakaria I & II, Ayoub… and all other Riad „Souls“The Riad is beautiful designed and the rooms are well equipped. Furthermore it is perfectly located for all sightseeing tours in Marrakech. Go to the Souks or enjoy the magic of Jeema El Fna in the evening. It’s right around the corner of the lovely Riad Jemaa El Fna. I liked it and will come back! Nadja

We visited Marrakesh for the first time and are so pleased we chose this central Riad. Charming service from the excellent team - they go above and beyond, they are really exceptional. Brilliant value and good facilities - stylish rooftop where delicious meals are served ( breakfast is a feast) and we spent many afternoons relaxing on the sun loungers. Fantastic in-house hammam. The reception staff are always on hand to advise & book restaurants & excursions. They organised taxis and would ensure we (two females) got safely to & from taxis - including pickups/drop off to airport. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights during a week-long trip to Morocco. The riad itself is gorgeous, and totally unexpected when you are lead across the square and down a narrow alley to it's front door. The Wonder Woman floor is a wonderful and interesting touch, and the roof top restaurant is a fabulous venue for breakfast. The food and tea provided was delicious, with authentic Morocco breakfasts served. Most food was vegetarian too which was great for myself. The staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive, giving us recommendations on places to visit and eat in Marrakech and booking excursions for us. They kept us up to date with any changes to our onward travel arrangements and even kindly printed our boarding passes for us on the last evening. Our only complaint would be the noise in the evenings and night. We stayed in two rooms as our stay was split between two parts of our trip, and both were on the ground floor. This meant we could hear guests arriving and returning from their evenings each night and there was no attempt to keep them quiet. The rooms are small, but provide all you would need for a short stay and if you are planning to be out all day exploring, and they are decorated and made up to a lovely standard.The location is excellent for exploring old town Marrakech, with the Jemaa El Fena square and souks very close by. A great spot to stay for an authentic experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We booked through booking.com at a very reasonable rate and have not been disappointed. From the very start the hotel were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to/from airport (€20 each way for a 30 min drive) which we appreciated. They provided a map and recommended places to visit and the best place to exchange money. They gave us tips for walking around and advised us to haggle in the market. I would especially like to thank Zachariah 1 and Zachariah 2 for being friendly and helpful at reception and also the staff who serve breakfast and gave me my daily lesson in the Arabic language. (They do offer trips and have a hammam but we chose to book our trips through sites like viator and trip advisor. I am sure their trips would be good it’s just that we made decisions usually whilst out at a restaurant!) The hotel is lovely looking and very clean with wifi that works well as well as air conditioning. And the dip pools we used to cool our feet after a long day walking around but they are not heated and fine get much sun so are cold!Breakfast is on the stunning roof terrace. And the location is amazing. So close to everything in the centre of the medina just off the main square. Which is where you get picked up for trips. Yes the access to the bed in the room is slim and there could be a bit more storage especially hangers. And the alleyway you walk down to get to the hotel is basic- but none of that bothered us. It’s such a hidden away gem of a hotel.

In Marrakech one must stay in a riad. They are so gorgeous and amazing. The whole experience is so different when stay at one of these wonderful riads. The main square is walking distance and all restaurants and evening entertainment is close by

This little gem of a Riad is a delight. The walk towards its entrance is down a windy lane which disguises the charm of this place. From the roof terrace for delicious breakfast and a place to relax and unwind to the Hamman, (a must) and the comfy sofas in welcoming reception the whole place is geared to ensuring the guests feel welcome, valued and served. Nothing is too much trouble from the amazing team of staff. From making a booking for you at a local restaurant or for an excursion to escorting guests to a pick up or drop off point for a taxi even chasing after us when we stupidly forgot a phone and finding us in the Souk. Yes, like all hotels, parts may need a bit of decor refreshing but the rooms are super clean, towels changed daily, dark quiet and cool. Everything needed for a relaxing good nights sleep. Wonderful few days staying here.
