I would highly recommend this hotel. We booked through booking.com at a very reasonable rate and have not been disappointed. From the very start the hotel were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to/from airport (€20 each way for a 30 min drive) which we appreciated. They provided a map and recommended places to visit and the best place to exchange money. They gave us tips for walking around and advised us to haggle in the market. I would especially like to thank Zachariah 1 and Zachariah 2 for being friendly and helpful at reception and also the staff who serve breakfast and gave me my daily lesson in the Arabic language. (They do offer trips and have a hammam but we chose to book our trips through sites like viator and trip advisor. I am sure their trips would be good it’s just that we made decisions usually whilst out at a restaurant!) The hotel is lovely looking and very clean with wifi that works well as well as air conditioning. And the dip pools we used to cool our feet after a long day walking around but they are not heated and fine get much sun so are cold!Breakfast is on the stunning roof terrace. And the location is amazing. So close to everything in the centre of the medina just off the main square. Which is where you get picked up for trips. Yes the access to the bed in the room is slim and there could be a bit more storage especially hangers. And the alleyway you walk down to get to the hotel is basic- but none of that bothered us. It’s such a hidden away gem of a hotel.

We visited Marrakesh for the first time and are so pleased we chose this central Riad. Charming service from the excellent team - they go above and beyond, they are really exceptional. Brilliant value and good facilities - stylish rooftop where delicious meals are served ( breakfast is a feast) and we spent many afternoons relaxing on the sun loungers. Fantastic in-house hammam. The reception staff are always on hand to advise & book restaurants & excursions. They organised taxis and would ensure we (two females) got safely to & from taxis - including pickups/drop off to airport. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with this riad, everything since the beginning has been absolutely pleasing. The rooms are cleaned every day and they even took the care to fold the clothes that we left on the bed. With new clean towels every day. I have to say though that the sound isolation is not very good so you can hear everything if people walk by your room talking. But in general the whole place is very quiet to be fare. The breakfast is very fulfilling and delicious, as well as the dinner. The vibe is super cool, the communal zones are absolutely beautiful and very clean. And the staff are all every one of them super nice, in special Elias and Zakaria. We even had unfortunately a bad experience with a trip we booked with the riad (the bad experience was not fault of the riad, but the travel agency they used to book the trip) and they refunded us the full amount for the problems without hesitation. I'm definitely going to recommend this riad to every friend, every person reading this and if I come back to Marrakech I'll definitely be staying here again. This little gem of a Riad is a delight. The walk towards its entrance is down a windy lane which disguises the charm of this place. From the roof terrace for delicious breakfast and a place to relax and unwind to the Hamman, (a must) and the comfy sofas in welcoming reception the whole place is geared to ensuring the guests feel welcome, valued and served. Nothing is too much trouble from the amazing team of staff. From making a booking for you at a local restaurant or for an excursion to escorting guests to a pick up or drop off point for a taxi even chasing after us when we stupidly forgot a phone and finding us in the Souk. Yes, like all hotels, parts may need a bit of decor refreshing but the rooms are super clean, towels changed daily, dark quiet and cool. Everything needed for a relaxing good nights sleep. Wonderful few days staying here.

The riad is very close to everything and you can walk to all the attractions easily. Although you are a stones through away from the main square, it is quiet and clam. Perfect for recharging during the day and a good night's sleep.Because it is near the square cars cannot drop you off during the day and you have to walk. But you can let your road know and they will pick you up and walk you to the riad.The riad is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard. The smell of orange oil is everywhere. We loved it so much we bought oil and an oil burner.The breakfast is a great spread of salad, breads and sweets, with choice of eggs, teas and coffee. The breakfast also has a great view of the mountains and sunrise. What made our experience was the staff. The staff welcome you like we are you family. They give you advice, take care of you and ensure you are having a good time. We wanted to particularly thanks Zakaria, he became a friend to us and was sad to say goodbye to him. He was kind, courteous and honest. He helped us on food, getting a haircut and showed us local life. Thank you Zakaria!!!

An OUTSTANDING experience.The staff assigned to us, Zakaria, was exceptional and we can only shower praises on himHe was so helpful. Even gave us his mobile number if we needed his help after he finishes work.The room was small but made up for it proximity to the centre of the old city. Easy access to the inner streets.The Riad was beautiful but you would not expect it from the outside walking up to the hotel through the alleyways.The breakfast from the terrace at the rooftop has a beautiful lookout point for the sunrise.

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The staff could not have been kinder, more helpful or efficient. They went the extra mile with dietary requirements. The plunge pool in the entrance hall was particularly welcome for sore feet after a morning walking around the sights.It's central position was great, and despite the proximity to the main market square the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. Our hammam experience within the hotel was wonderful.Totally recommended
